Responsibilities

• Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals.
• Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Directs work assignments to employees.
• Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Brainstorm and suggest improvements to supervisors.
• Communicate with internal and external partners, orally and in writing.
• Identify and help solve problems with management.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized; label and rotate inventory; stage orders for delivery.
• Ensure product is stored safely and in proper locations.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
