Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology.
• Ability to work independently and during on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust maintenance staff schedules and assignments.
• Oversee safety training and property safety audits.
• Inspect daily property and grounds for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Coordinate interior/exterior rehabilitation and construction projects.
• Respond to resident requests per company standards.
