Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and execute work orders and preventive maintenance for a large-scale multi-family property. The role includes coordinating with the Leasing Director and General Manager on move-in/out schedules and supervising maintenance staff and contractors.

The ideal candidate has HVAC and CPO certifications, at least five years in property maintenance and three years in supervision, plus workshops in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and heating

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in all aspects of maintaining a large scale multi-family apartment complex.
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.
• HVAC and CPO Certifications required.
• Completion of workshops in the areas of air conditioning repair, plumbing, electrical and heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains curb appeal and physical integrity of the facility.
• Schedules and executes work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinates with Leasing Director and GM on move-in/move-out schedules.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance program.
• Coordinates and supervises work by outside contractors.
• Maintains rapport with vendors and reviews outside bids.
