Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and uphold property integrity across our multifamily communities. The role emphasizes leadership, inspections, work-order management, and proactive maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus), EPA HVAC and CPO certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• Willing to work weekends.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
