Job summary

Avail Property Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of multi-housing properties.

You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting and drywall; work independently or with the team; and ensure compliance with housing laws and company standards. Qualifications

• Experience maintaining multi-unit properties.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Ability to manage on-call emergencies and coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot work orders daily and prioritize service requests.
• Prepare vacant units to company standards.
• Maintain exterior grounds; perform seasonal tasks (snow, pool).
• Walk-through property to ensure everything works and correct as needed.
• Prepare properties for inspections.
• Schedule outside contractors when needed.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
• Assist at other properties within a 100 mile radius.
• Require reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
