You will lead a team, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and manage budgets and on-call coverage. This role requires 3+ years in maintenance and relevant licenses, with opportunities for professional growth across our Minnesota facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with trade training.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and boiler license.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains building systems and equipment.
• Supervises Maintenance Department employees and coordinates with vendors.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs within scope of practice.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
