Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Minnesota to lead daily maintenance operations, manage staff and vendors, and ensure high service standards for resident communities.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, safety programs, and on-call responses while maintaining control of budgets and resources across properties. Strong communication and leadership are essential for delivering reliable, quality maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate onsite software.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and systems daily to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Plan resources to stay within budget and order supplies as needed.
• Promote safety by teaching and enforcing OSHA guidelines and safe work practices.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure timely service restoration.
