Job summary

Cox Automotive in Massachusetts is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to keep the site safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will perform routine tasks across buildings, grounds, and equipment, and assist with minor repairs and cleaning operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be needed to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on furniture, office area equipment, heating and air conditioning system.
• Maintain exterior of facility and outside grounds by performing cleaning duties such as trash pickup, sweeping, and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and comply with safety rules.
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaning solutions, machinery, etc.
• Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
