Job summary

You will design, implement, and optimize automation concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers while documenting solutions thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related discipline with 5+ years relevant experience
• Excellent academics (GPA ≥ 3.0)
• Expert level knowledge of engineering design tools; CAD software; programming software
• Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading projects

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex automation projects across teams
• Create complex automated and robotic systems and integrated equipment
• Develop system designs and programming for automation solutions
• Produce equipment and application documentation, instructions, and manuals
• Mentor Automation Engineers and participate in recruiting activities
