Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Excellent academics (GPA >= 3.0) as a general rule.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work across functional and organizational departments.
• Proven track record delivering projects within the expected timeline and budget, with ability to elicit cooperation from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Manages moderately complex projects across teams and departments, coordinating milestones and decisions.
• Documents project scope, assumptions, requirements, objectives, validation needs, resources, costs and timing.
• Leads meetings, informs stakeholders, and communicates tradeoffs to ensure progress.
• Maintains complex timelines and milestone tracking; applies risk management principles.
• Leads as project leader on small to mid-size projects when needed.
• Collaborates in design reviews and with Garmin teams/departments to support product and facilities projects.
