Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and building systems across properties. You will manage day-to-day operations, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards for all facilities.

In this role, you will interview, train, motivate, and evaluate staff, coordinate with contractors, and address tenant requests with professional, timely service. A background in distressed properties is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years related experience or training.
• HVAC Certification.
• EPA Certification.
• Distressed or aged properties experience.
• Own your basic tools (drill, flashlight, screwdriver, hammer, tool set).

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance technicians and oversees day-to-day operations.
• Interviews, trains, motivates, assigns, and evaluates work.
• Oversees maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Schedules preventive maintenance and ensures safety compliance.
• Responds to tenant requests and resolves issues promptly.
• Maintains inspection and repair records and budget oversight.
