Job summary

You will supervise technicians, manage daily operations, respond to tenant requests, and coordinate with contractors to keep buildings compliant and safe. The ideal candidate will have HVAC and EPA certifications, at least five years of related experience, and own basic tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 5 years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA certifications are required.
• Must have own basic tools (drill, flashlight, screwdriver, hammer, tool set).
• MUST have experience working with distressed or aged properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, facilities, and streets, supervising the maintenance technicians.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and oversee the maintenance team.
• Work within expense limits established.
• Complete make-ready process of vacant units as directed by Property Manager.
• Operate tools and perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to tenant requests courteously and timely; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and supervise contracted work.
