Job summary

Ymp-Real-Estate-Management-2 seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technicians across buildings, facilities, and grounds, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely work while managing budgets and contractor activity.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 5 years of related experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and hands-on tool proficiency. Experience with distressed properties and tenant coordination is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification required.
• Experience working with distressed or aged properties preferred.
• Own basic tools (drill, flashlight, screwdriver, hammer, tool set, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance technicians and supervise the maintenance of buildings, facilities, and streets.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and oversee the maintenance team.
• Manage expenses and ensure safety and compliance with guidelines.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain records and assist in budgeting for area of responsibility.
