Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance technicians, manage day-to-day operations of buildings and facilities, and ensure high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires HVAC knowledge, EPA/HVAC certifications, and 5 years’ related experience. The candidate will supervise staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and liaise with vendors and tenants to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification required.
• 5 years related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Must have your own basic tools – drill, flashlight, screwdriver, hammer, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians; assign work and evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Respond to tenant requests and emergencies promptly and professionally.
