Qualifications

• High school diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience or higher education.
• Proficient using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with statistical quality tools including Pareto, histogram, process mapping, SPC.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, planning, communication, and motivational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Organized with a systemic approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-confident to drive completion of assignments and defend positions.
• Judgment and decision-making to balance costs and benefits.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, develop and direct people.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Maintenance Manager and oversees ~10 direct reports.
• Ensure plant, property and equipment are in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with management to improve production process and productivity.
• Oversee plant improvement projects.
• Implement and maintain plant preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure maintenance and production items are available in storeroom.
• Maximize uptime and efficiency to increase manufacturing productivity.
• Plan and direct Maintenance Planning for corrective and preventive work.
• Work with EHS and ELITE Teams for safety improvements.
• Participate in RCA meetings and complete safety contacts.
