Job summary

You will supervise contractors, manage work orders, and ensure safe, cost-effective maintenance across the community.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance management, a high school diploma, proficiency with MS Office and maintenance scheduling software, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in facility management or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a maintenance management role.
• Ability to read, analyze, and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; present information to homeowners and board members.
• Ability to interpret numbers and measurements; calculate percentages, area, and volume.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance scheduling software (Building Link, My Building, Concierge Plus); maintenance recordkeeping with CMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, residents, and staff.
• Supervise contractors and vendors for major repairs.
• Care for buildings and grounds across the community.
• Review work orders and manage material orders.
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions to the manager.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Conduct routine pool services and record-keeping.
• Maintain tools inventory and organize work areas.
• Respond to emergencies on call nights and weekends.
