Job summary

Cmacommunities is seeking a skilled maintenance professional in Atlanta to service and repair building systems, supervise contractors, and keep common areas in top condition. You will handle lighting, plumbing, electrical tasks, and grounds upkeep with a focus on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have five years in a high-rise condo setting, strong carpentry/electrical skills, and excellent communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant verifiable work experience in a high-rise condominium community.
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and building specs.
• Must pass Drug Test and Background Check.
• Must be a self-starter and able to identify problems with minimal supervision.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to homeowners, residents and staff.
• Reports to Property Manager and Board of Directors, and interacts with home owners daily.
• Responsible for the care and upkeep of buildings and grounds for the community.
• Reviews work orders, materials, and maintains accurate records; completes work professionally.
• Supervises outside contractors and vendors; coordinates with pest control when needed.
• Maintains inventory of tools and equipment; ensures safety and organization.
