Job summary

CM in Atlanta, GA seeks a maintenance technician to perform on-site repairs and upkeep of buildings and grounds. You will supervise specialized trades and coordinate with the Property Manager and Board of Directors.

This full-time role requires working evenings and weekends as needed; experience with sheetrock, drywall, carpentry, electrical work, and pool maintenance is preferred. Must be able to respond to emergencies and maintain safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Experience in high-rise condominium maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and building specs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong safety and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, residents and staff.
• Supervise tradesmen and independent contractors as required.
• Maintain and repair buildings and grounds for the community.
• Review work orders and source materials; keep records up to date.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Perform repairs in lighting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, landscaping, pool and roofing.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Board of Directors.
• Maintain MSDS records and respond to emergencies as needed.
