Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent in maintenance-related field.
• 2+ years coordinating preventive/corrective maintenance and related work.
• 2+ years supervising staff, crews, contractors, or project teams.
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret work orders and project documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driver eligibility.
• Lift 50 lbs and work from ladders; weekend/on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Implement priorities and communicate status, resources, and service updates.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across staff.
• Review estimates and maintenance plans for accuracy.
