Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3–5 years of related experience.
• HVAC certification is required for this position.
• CAMT certification is highly recommended. Fair Housing Certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to supervise maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance and grounds.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate in-house and vendor work and train staff.
• Lead disciplinary or promotional recommendations for maintenance staff.
• Monitor and improve maintenance operations; report issues to Community Manager.
