Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and appliance repairs. You will direct staff and outside contractors, manage safety and life-safety standards, and ensure buildings and grounds remain in good condition.

The role requires organization, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and leadership. You will assist in planning budgets, obtain bids, and supervise daily site activities, with after-hours and emergency

• Leadership experience and ability to supervise staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
• Knowledge of building maintenance and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Directs employees and outside contractors with renovations and repairs.
• Oversees structural repairs to masonry, plumbing, woodwork, irrigation, and pools.
• Maintains life-safety compliance and safety meetings.
• Obtains bids and submits recommendations to Community Manager.
• Plans maintenance schedule and budget with the Community Manager.
