Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for Bexley at Left Bank to lead the service team in daily upkeep, repairs, and vendor coordination.

You will supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, schedule turns, manage work orders, and participate in on‑call rotations to support residents.

The role offers starting pay at $26/hour with on‑call and quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a strong focus on service quality and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years trade-related experience with at least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills: use business software to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and communicate via email.
• Willing to share on-call with other team members.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation with tools required.
• DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate service team activities to complete upkeep, inventory, and repairs efficiently.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior work and appliance repairs.
• Schedule turns and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties.
• Lead a customer-service oriented team to maximize occupancy and rents.
