Responsibilities

• Direct staff and external contractors for renovations (cleaning, painting, carpet, etc.).
• Direct staff and contractors in structural repairs (masonry, plumbing, woodwork, irrigation, pools).
• Correct any known life‑safety hazards and obtain bids from external contractors.
• Assemble, analyze and submit bids to Community Manager with recommendations.
