Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition in our Buffalo community.

You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, manage make-ready processes, inspect work, and uphold safety standards in line with company policies.

Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential as you coordinate with residents, vendors, and the community manager.

Qualifications

• Diagnose the source or cause of defects and perform repairs per policies.
• Oversee and complete make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinate tasks with vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work performed by others and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Complete the make-ready process for new move-ins and schedule tasks to finish on time.
• Inspect and improve grounds, amenities, and common areas to uphold Greystar standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and verify work meets specifications.
• Maintain inventory and assist Community Manager with budget adherence.
