Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service community buildings, outdoors, and common areas. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness align with Greystar standards.

The role involves coordinating with the Community Manager, vendors, and residents to complete tasks efficiently and within budget. Strong tool handling, safety knowledge, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent training.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by State law and safe tool use.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define and fix problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, interiors, and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate supplies within budget.
