Job summary

You will restock machines, assist with grounds work, replace air filters, monitor safety hazards, and notify management of major repairs. No prior experience required; training provided; full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways and office space.

• Perform limited grounds maintenance.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Assist in sanitation control and identify safety hazards.
• Notify management of major repairs or lighting or heating/ventilation needs.
