Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of work experience, with competency in carpentry, plumbing or electrical trades. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of work-related experience required.
• Competency in carpentry, plumbing or electrical trades as assessed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must read, write, understand and speak English.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform maintenance on rental units, offices and grounds.
• Repair building structures and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Ensure safety and document customer feedback via surveys.
• Update work orders with time, materials and notes on mobile devices.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory per policy.
