Job summary

Island Palm Communities LLC is seeking a Special Projects Associate to perform a broad range of maintenance tasks in a multi‑unit residential setting, including rental units, offices and common areas. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to service calls, perform general repairs across carpentry, plumbing and electrical trades, and help maintain grounds and parking areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of work-related maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated competency in carpentry, plumbing or electrical trades.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete work orders for property maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and repair of building structures, systems and equipment.
• Update work orders, time, materials and notes accurately on mobile devices; report problems to supervisor.
