Qualifications

• HVAC license/certification required.
• 1–3 years experience in HVAC preferred.
• Must read and follow basic instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshooting and replacement of HVAC systems and parts.
• Respond to service calls and complete maintenance requirements including plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Maintain work orders and document activities in a timely manner.
