Job summary

Woodland Post Acute in Clinton, TN is seeking a maintenance professional to keep the facility compliant with Life Safety Code and health care facility standards. You will perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, and carpentry.

You will supervise external vendors, participate in fire safety drills, prepare the Emergency Preparedness Plan, and help with inspections. Strong reading of blueprints and ability to read building codes are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code compliance for the facility.
• Assist preventive and corrective maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Oversee outside vendors to ensure work meets contracts/WO terms.
• Support Emergency Preparedness Plan and safety drills.
• Document maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Perform routine inspections and report safety issues promptly.
