Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in maintenance or facility operations required.
Knowledge of standard practices, procedures and tools in general building/maintenance trades preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment.
Back up call person in case of emergency, respond promptly.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete required reports.
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, fire alarm system, lighting, and extinguishers.
Inspect and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Repair or refinish furniture in rooms and offices as needed.
