Job summary

MSHN Enterprises provides supervised group home settings and therapeutic services in Tennessee. We are seeking a Maintenance Handyman to perform upkeep, minor repairs, painting, and basic electrical/plumbing tasks to keep facilities safe and functional.

Responsibilities include cleaning, grounds care, tool care, and compliance with plant policies. Prior maintenance experience and ability to work physically are required; construction background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or related field experience.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the facility's interior and exterior.
• Perform minor repairs on building and equipment.
• Paint, electrical or plumbing tasks as needed.
• Care for tools and maintain inventory.
• Operate safely and follow policies.
• Assist with grounds maintenance.
• Replace light bulbs and service basic systems.
