Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our facility. You will perform general maintenance across painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other systems to keep residents safe and comfortable.

A strong emphasis on safety and quality care guides every task. Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, supporting preventative maintenance, and documenting activities using Word and Excel.

Qualifications

Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required.
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
Basic computer proficiency required (Word, Excel, Internet).
Strong knowledge of building equipment, systems, and applicable building codes.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work across painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems.
Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Maintain knowledge of building systems, equipment, and applicable codes.
Document work orders and maintenance activities using Word/Excel.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly with focus on resident safety and comfort.
Ensure work complies with safety procedures and regulatory standards.
