Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep of our properties in Clarksville, TN. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs to ensure safe, well-maintained living spaces.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, participate in standby coverage, and help refurbish apartments between resident occupancy. Strong safety awareness required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance projects and respond to repair requests.
• Perform electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
• Perform plumbing tasks such as clearing stoppages and replacing fittings.
• Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, locks, and fixtures as needed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and perform carpentry tasks.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work and manage stock for maintenance materials.
