The role emphasizes collaboration with QA, Safety, and vendor partners to maintain high operational efficiency and environmental compliance in a fast-paced distribution network located in New York state.

Formación

• 5 years facilities management experience.
• 3 years refrigeration systems experience in cold chain.
• Proven leadership of maintenance teams and budgets.
• Familiar with OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP compliance.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic data analytics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and monitor maintenance and sanitation staff.
• Oversee refrigeration systems and cold chain integrity.
• Manage facility operations projects and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety training.
