Job summary

Host Terminals, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager at Avondale Global Gateway. You will oversee daily maintenance, safety, and building systems, report to the Director of Site Development, and supervise the Facilities Supervisor, the team, and janitorial staff.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and monitor budget while ensuring OSHA compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, building, or industrial maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and contractors.
• Ability to travel between locations with valid TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance of facilities, grounds, and building systems.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, manage work orders, and document results.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety policies.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and assist with budgeting.
