Job summary

Host Terminals, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety, and condition of facilities at Avondale Global Gateway. You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate vendors, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure operations remain safe and reliable.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and a track record of managing costs and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, building, or industrial maintenance.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities and competing priorities.
• TWIC credential required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and general condition of facilities, grounds, and building systems.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and safety systems.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Manage facility work orders from request to completion with documentation.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors, assign work and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and services.
• Assist with facility renovations, expansions, and capital projects.
