Job summary

KO Storage is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across our storage facilities. You will work with the District Manager to troubleshoot and address repairs, safety, and upkeep, with a hands-on, multi-site responsibility.

The role requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscape, snow removal, and security tasks while maintaining tenant communications and site reports. Flexibility for weekend/holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Field service and maintenance experience with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment as described.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility visits to identify maintenance, safety, and security issues.
• Complete walk-through reports verifying unit rental, delinquency, and maintenance status.
• Conduct routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical inspections and minor repairs.
• Install, upgrade, or replace electrical components as needed.
• Perform landscape and snow maintenance to keep facilities safe and presentable.
• Maintain security of facility components and assist with delinquent tenant processes.
• Communicate with tenants professionally and document all interactions.
