Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or related field, in a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities and ability to interact with management levels.
• Proficiency with CMMS and related tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Scope, prioritize, and execute projects based on urgency, budget, safety and priorities.
• Drive scheduled completions and ensure work is done on time and paid.
• Maintain and validate quality of completed work.
