Job summary

KO Storage is seeking a disciplined Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple self-storage locations. You will work with the District Manager to troubleshoot and address repair, upkeep, and safety concerns, taking a hands-on approach as the jack of all trades.

Responsibilities include conducting facility visits, HVAC, plumbing and electrical inspections, landscape and snow maintenance, and maintaining tenant and site records.

Qualifications

Field service and maintenance experience with a mechanical aptitude.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct facility visits to identify improvements and address maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Complete landscape and snow maintenance for multiple facilities.
Maintain tenant accounts and site records with photos/videos as needed.
Communicate with tenants promptly and professionally about issues.
