Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties: cleaning, vacant unit prep, safety inspections, and general upkeep.
• Assist sales and marketing by ensuring ready facilities and signage quality, plus client interactions as needed.
• Support customer relations by addressing issues with management, and suggest service improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks: mail, payments, daily checklists, POS operations, and records.
