The Opportunity:

Identiti is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to join our growing team as we expand our facility maintenance operations and take on increasingly complex projects. With ambitious growth goals and a growing portfolio of larger projects, we're looking for a hands‑on project manager who can take ownership of projects from initial planning through final completion.

In this role, you'll manage complex commercial facility maintenance and construction projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing project schedules, budgets, permitting, subcontractors, and execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations.

This is an opportunity for a project manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and navigating the challenges of complex projects. You'll work closely with our Facilities Maintenance Trades team and collaborate with other internal teams as needed, playing an important role in our continued growth.

Our Facilities Maintenance division provides responsive and preventive maintenance services that help our clients protect, maintain, and extend the life of their branded environments long after installation. Together, our Signage and Facilities Maintenance teams allow Identiti to support clients throughout the full lifecycle of their branded spaces.

At Identiti, we believe in being People First. We value teamwork, excellence, adaptability, momentum, and sustainability, and we're committed to creating an environment where our people can grow and make an impact.

  • Oversee complex, high‑value projects, including projects worth approx. $500k, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, timelines, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate all phases of project execution, including planning, permitting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, construction, and final closeout.
  • Review and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine project scope, requirements, and execution needs.
  • Identify potential project risks, scheduling conflicts, and cost concerns, proactively developing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage multiple projects and a high volume of work orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing consistent communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
