• Education/experience: High School Diploma or combination of experience and education.
• License: valid state-issued driver's license if driver duties are required.
• Availability: may require 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks for clarification.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists and facility manager directions.
• Walk garage daily to spot and fix maintenance issues.
• Sweep, clean entrances/exits, rails, and restrooms.
• Replace burned out bulbs and manage oil spills.
• Submit repair/maintenance requests and monitor safety items.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment as needed.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints.
