Job summary

SP+ in Omaha, NE is seeking a Maintenance Porter to support facility upkeep and customer interactions at our North Garage location. The role involves cleaning, minor repairs, paint touch-ups, light equipment operation, and assisting guests as needed.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preference for facility maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license if driving is needed for the role. Shift availability may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Basic facility maintenance or related skills preferred.
• License: valid state driver’s license if required for vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed by the facility manager to keep all areas clean and safe.
• Walk the garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs to maintain facility appearance and safety.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with repairs as needed.
• Assist customers within the facility and handle requests in a courteous manner.
