Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Facility Maintenance Attendant to perform cleaning, maintenance and customer-facing tasks in our parking facility. You will walk the garage, report repairs, clean entrances, replace bulbs, and support safety checks under the supervision of the Facility Manager.

Eligibility requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and, if needed, 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Availability for 3rd shift and weekends.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean.
• Walk the garage daily to identify maintenance issues.
• Sweep entrances, clean rails, and restrooms throughout the facility.
• Replace burned out bulbs and report repairs to the manager.
• Maintain a sweep sheet and inventory of janitorial supplies.
