The ideal candidate holds an associate degree, demonstrates project management experience, and has a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in the assigned discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Some positions may require certification. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
• Preferred: project management experience in facilities maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the FME database to reflect new construction, renovations, and feedback.
• Generate, track, and close out work orders while expediting material requests.
• Analyze data to improve equipment reliability and optimize preventive maintenance budgets.
• Develop preventive maintenance contracts, track performance, and report results.
• Document discrepancies, coordinate with project managers for corrections, and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
• Conduct design reviews and perform inspections to ensure project quality.
• Organize, schedule, and delegate planned work to employees or contractors.
• Develop scopes, timelines, and action plans for projects and equipment upgrades.
