Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in the assigned discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the FME database to reflect new construction, renovations, and mechanic feedback
• Generate, track, and close out work orders while expediting material requests and procurement
• Analyze data to improve equipment reliability and optimize preventive maintenance budgets
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance contracts, track performance, and report results
• Maintain detailed records, analyze findings, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct design reviews, inform shop supervisors of upcoming renovations, and perform construction inspections
