EMCOR Group Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule daily and long-term work for a site-based facility maintenance team in Albany, GA, using CMMS and related software.

The role includes performing administrative duties for the site manager. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and on-site personnel, generating PM schedules, maintaining work order logs, producing metrics, processing time sheets, and assisting with procurement, safety matrices, and record

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts; apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of General Computer usage, CMMS Data Software; MS Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Receives and schedules for subcontractors and on-site personnel, enters missing data and/or modifies as necessary to ensure correctness
• Interfaces with customer to clarify scope of work; follows up with status as required
• Creates schedule and dispatches to applicable team member on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Generates and dispatches weekly and monthly PMs; tracks progress throughout the month
• Maintains work order logs for monthly reports; makes changes as necessary
• Generates metrics (graphs, charts, spreadsheets, etc.) using applicable software
• Processes daily time sheets for team and ensures correctness
• Assists in procuring material and services; issuing and maintaining PO’s and invoices
• Schedules and maintains safety matrix for team members
• Maintains filing system ensuring proper record keeping
• Performs other duties as deemed by the site manager
