Job summary

Walmart Bentonville campus seeks a Manager of Facilities Management to lead energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, oversee budgets, and ensure safety and compliance. The role guides teams and drives continuous improvement aligned with corporate standards.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background with 2+ years in energy engineering and HVAC operations, plus experience with energy analysis tools and BAS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in energy engineering, HVAC systems, building operations.
• Strong knowledge of BAS/HVAC equipment and energy analysis.
• Experience with energy data analysis tools and data visualization.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the campus Sustainability Masterplan initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report energy, water, and carbon performance metrics.
• Assist in identifying and quantifying Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
• Support Building Performance Standards (BPS) compliance and reporting.
• Assist with troubleshooting HVAC performance issues across campus buildings.
