Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facility Coordinator in Moline, IL to support industrial operations and maintenance teams. The role involves developing maintenance plans, coordinating MRO procurement, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, and asset management while adapting to varying shifts and demand. Strong CMMS experience and a technical background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in a CMMS required.
• Experience with facility maintenance planning and scheduling preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOPs and Work Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event setups and conference room reservations with events team.
• Uphold safety, health, and environmental procedures and OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage MRO inventory and vendor coordination to optimize lead times.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment inspections and repairs; arrange replacements as needed.
• Coordinate security access and vendor escorts; manage cost optimization with site operations.
